A thoughtful approach
to complex neurological problems
Neurological symptoms in children are not always straightforward. My approach is to understand the whole clinical picture — the child's symptoms, development, medical history, previous investigations and the concerns of the family — before deciding what further investigation or treatment may be appropriate.
I believe parents should leave a consultation understanding not only what we are going to do next, but why.
